Sway

What began as a sunrise mission quickly turned into an unexpected detour. in the process of finding our way back the clouds began to consume any lick of light left and soon, we found ourselves beneath grey skies, with days of relentless rain ahead. It was surreal to see these pristine tropical islands transformed—far from the typical postcard image of blue water and clear skies.

I wanted to capture this contrast, focusing on the way the palm trees would “Sway" in the storming winds, embodying the raw power and beauty of nature in its unpredictable moments on these islands.
